July 1993- Advanced Medical Concepts Inc. was founded by Meir Raskas. AMC rapidly became a premier medical equipment provider throughout central Maryland. AMC provides customized mobility products for the physically challenged community, and enjoys a reputation as a leader in the industry. Through organic growth, AMC achieved approximately $4 million in gross sales in 2006.

April 2006- Advanced Medical Concepts Inc. was successfully sold to a regional healthcare entity for a high multiple of EBITA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.)

February 2007- Raskas Ventures acquired the assets of Eldersburg Eldercare- Medical Adult Daycare, a regional provider of adult daycare services with two facilities in Maryland. Eldersburg Eldercare is designed to serve older adults and their families by providing a medically supervised personalized program of therapeutic, social and rehabilitative services in a supportive setting.

July 2009- Raskas Ventures Inc. invested startup capital in a newly formed entity, Advantage Prosthetics & Orthotics Inc. Advantage P & O was formed to provide specialty lower limb prostheses with a greater focus on personal patient care and interaction. Advantage P & O, Inc. enjoys strategic contractual relationships with the majority of government, private pay and managed care payors.

January 2012- Raskas Ventures Inc. successfully sold Eldersburg Eldercare of Damascus- Medical Adult Daycare. Upon the acquisition of the center, Raskas Ventures created value through cost reduction measures, and a substantial increase in the participant daily census resulting in a profitable exit.

April 2013- Raskas Ventures Inc. successfully sold Eldersburg Eldercare. Upon acquisition of the center, an initiative to reposition the center into a new modern state of the art medical adult day care center was initiated. Raskas Ventures launched a rebranding and an extensive marketing plan, increasing revenue and net earnings, resulting in a profitable exit.
